3. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture
Custom furniture may be produced according to the customer’s selected size, color, fabric, polish, finish, or other specifications. Customers are responsible for confirming these details before production begins.

Once production of a customized order has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may involve additional charges.

4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website may be updated from time to time. Delivery, installation, customization, or other additional services may carry separate charges where applicable. Any additional charges will be communicated before order confirmation where possible.

5. Payments
Available payment methods and any required advance amount will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation. Orders may be held until the required payment has been received.

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, customization, production schedule, customer location, and other circumstances. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may not always be guaranteed.

Customers should ensure that access points, doors, stairs, lifts, and room dimensions are suitable for delivery of the ordered furniture.

7. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect their furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, defect, or major difference from the confirmed order should be reported as soon as possible with supporting photos or videos.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
