Return & Refund Policy

At Ishaq Furniture, we aim to provide quality furniture made with care. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Furniture
Furniture made in a custom size, color, fabric, polish, design, or specification is generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has started, except in case of a verified manufacturing defect or damage.

Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, Ishaq Furniture may arrange repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the nature of the issue.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production or customization has started, cancellation may not be possible and any advance payment may be non-refundable depending on the work already completed.

Returns
Returns for change of mind, incorrect color selection by the customer, size issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or other customer-requested customizations are not accepted.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using an agreed payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Delivery, transportation, or installation charges may be non-refundable where those services have already been provided.
