Delivery availability depends on the customer’s location, product type, and order size. Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to confirm delivery to your area.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not always included in the product price. Charges may vary according to location, distance, product size, quantity, and transportation requirements. Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on product availability and production requirements. Ready products may be delivered sooner, while custom-made or made-to-order furniture may require additional production time.
Any delivery date provided is an estimate and may change due to production schedules, transportation conditions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Custom Orders
Custom furniture production begins after the required specifications and any agreed advance payment have been confirmed. Delivery time will be calculated according to the nature of the order.
Access & Measurements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that doors, stairways, lifts, corridors, entrances, and room access are suitable for the ordered furniture. Please check measurements before confirming your order.
Additional charges may apply if special handling, lifting, dismantling, or unusual delivery arrangements are required.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, manufacturing defect, or major difference from the confirmed order should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, along with photos or videos.
Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays. Ishaq Furniture cannot guarantee exact delivery times where delays occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
